Enter vehicle details
At checkout, choose the vehicle type and enter a VIN or registration number. We validate the format before sending anything anywhere.
We confirm the vehicle
When you continue, we check the VIN or registration against our data source. If we can't find the vehicle, you won't be asked to pay.
Pay securely
Enter your details and pay through our secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Report is generated
Your report is compiled from the data sources included in your package — ready within hours, depending on the package (see Pricing).
Receive your report
You'll get an email as soon as it's ready, plus secure access from your dashboard any time.

You're never charged before we've verified the vehicle
If we can't verify the vehicle you're checking, you won't be asked to pay for a report package.
Reports only include what's actually available
We only show a data section if the configured data source actually supports it. We don't fabricate history to fill out a report.

Every report you order is available from your dashboard, with a secure link to download the PDF at any time.
