Auto Vehicle Expert provides vehicle history reports based on the vehicle identification details you submit and the data sources configured for your report package. Reports are provided for informational purposes to support your own decision-making.

2. Accuracy of Information

We compile report data from the sources described on our Pricing and How It Works pages. We do not guarantee that every historical event affecting a vehicle will be captured, since not all events are reported to any data source.

3. Payment

Payment is required before a report is generated. You retain all rights available to you through your payment provider or card issuer, including the right to raise a dispute — nothing in these Terms limits that right.

4. Account Use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you submit.
